Finance and Office Assistant

Maestro Arts offers a bold new vision for the performing arts. Our international management company provides worldwide representation for conductors, instrumentalists, singers, composers, visual artists, lecturers, stage designers and directors. We seek to unite outstanding performers from the world of classical music with innovative visual artists, creative partners, international venues and arts organisations.

We are currently looking for a full-time Finance and Office Assistant to support our client and company accounting, and assist the operation of our busy office and Executive team. The role forms a vital part of the team, working closely with all staff members and clients.

The ideal candidate will have great people skills, bookkeeping experience, an excellent eye for detail and accuracy and confidence with data analysis, as well as good technical and secretarial skills. Knowledge of the arts business and Xero accounting software would be added advantages.

Salary:  ca. £27,000 per annum

Interviews: We will aim to conduct interviews during the weeks commencing 13 and 20 January 2025. All interviews will be conducted in person at Somerset House, London.
