Philipp von Steinaecker appointed Principal Guest Conductor of the Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra

The Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra has announced the appointment of Philipp von Steinaecker as Principal Guest Conductor from the start of the 2019/20 Season.

The announcement was made during the presentation of the orchestra’s 2019/20 season and deepens a fruitful collaboration that started already in 2014.

Following this news, Steinaecker closed the orchestra’s 2018/19 season with a programme including music by Ravel, Rameau and Strauss.
