Pelly's Le Médecin malgré lui premieres in Geneva

French director Laurent Pelly directs and designs the costumes for the comic opera Le Médecin malgré lui at the Grand Théâtre de Genève. The opera, which is based on Molière's play of the same name, combines the absurd humour of the original play with enchanting music of Gounod. Pelly's production runs from 4 April until 16 April.
