This summer Maestro Arts will showcase the work of one of France’s most sought after directors of opera and theatre, Laurent Pelly.  The exhibition of costumes, drawings and film from his highly acclaimed productions will include Cendrillon (Royal Opera House), Le Roi Carotte (L’Opéra de Lyon), Platée (Opéra national de Paris), L'étoile (Dutch National Opera) and others.

The exhibition coincides with the long awaited premiere on Saturday of Pelly’s unique vision of Berlioz’s Béatrice et Bénédict at the Glyndebourne Festival.

In May, Laurent Pelly was named Best Director at the 2016 International Opera Awards, his production of Offenbach’s Le Roi Carotte (Opéra de Lyon) was also the winner of the "Best Rediscovered Work" Award.
